The Reach Makes Baby Turtles

Just found this baby turtle on the Reach last night. Cutest thing ever. I rescued him to the yard because the mowers were coming today. But he'll make a return. It's so great to know that turtles are there, mating, laying eggs, reproducing and then growing up and old. Ecology!

That is one adorable Chelydra serpentina! Can I come see him before you release him (her?) back to the creek? I'm feeding a Terrapene ornata ornata on Cherrywood this evening and this would make it a two-fer.
